The Southport Motel & RV Park is located on the coast line of the town of
Stratford, separated from Charlottetown by the scenic Hillsborough River. The town of Stratford was formed in 1995 to include amongst other communities, the Southport community. Commercial facilities within minutes of the property include the new championship

Take a 20 minute drive to the pristine shorelines of northern Prince Edward Island and enjoy the simple beauties of what Brackley, Rustico, Cavendish,
Greenwich and the PEI National Park have to offer. Enjoy the attractions each community offers along the way on
the Blue Heron Coastal Drive.
Interested in sightseeing and relaxing? Take a drive along the Points
East Coastal Drive that circles the coast of eastern PEI. The red and white sandy beaches along the
drive are known for their warm sheltered bays and swimming facilities. Discover secluded sandy shores or visit the provincial parks. Many sheltered bays are perfect for wind surfing, kayaking, sailing, etc. For a longer trek, voyage west in to Prince County, the home of Summerside.
